Right of withdrawal
Under Swiss law, there is generally no statutory right of return in online retail.or right of withdrawal. However, Swiss Health Group AG voluntarily allows returns.under the following conditions.
Voluntary return policy
Unopened, unused and originally sealed products can be returned within 7 days.Items can be returned upon receipt. This is conditional upon prior notification of the return via email.to contact@shg.swiss has been registered and confirmed by us.
The following are specifically excluded from returns, exchanges and refunds:
- opened, unsealed or partially used products;
- Products with damaged original packaging;
- Products that are not suitable for health protection or hygiene reasons

- Products with a short shelf life or an expired best-before date;
- Promotional products, provided they are marked accordingly in the offer;
- Products that have been improperly stored or handled.
